It is recommended that you cut out these pages along the dotted lines and tape them somewhere in your home or office where you will see them daily to remind you to complete your new habit(s).  This method is effective because it provides a visual streak of progress.

For example, after the first few weeks of starting a new habit when the motivation and excitement subsides, it becomes easy to set back into "old ways" and break the new habit that you are trying to form.  But being faced with these habit trackers each day reminds and motivates you to keep the momentum going -- you won't want to break your streak! You'll be more likely to form that new habit as a part of your life.

Research shows that it takes approximately 66 days to build a new habit on an unconscious level. The habit trackers on the next few pages are built for 70 days. 

When creating a new habit, choose one that will impact your life, (personal, business or career) in the biggest way possible!  Once you have decided on the new habit you want to form, write it out on your habit tracker. Declare out loud, using your will and your intention that for the next 70 days, you are committed. State the reason why that habit is important, how it will change your life and how it will make you feel. 

It is important that you write your new habit out on your habit tracker.  Then, using your intention and your will, declare what and why you are committed to for the next 70. For example: "I am committed to meditating for 10 minutes, 3 times daily so I can clear my mind, be more peaceful and feel present in all of my relationships."
